Easy Cucumber and Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 100 grams extra lean ground beef (90% - 93% fat free)
  • 1/2 English cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1-2 tsp water
Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef in a small non-stick skillet, breaking it into small pieces.

  2. After cooking, remove from pan and set aside.

  3. Slice cucumber into 1/8 inch slices.

  4. Toss cucumber slices with sea salt, then let rest for 5 minutes.

  5. Add minced garlic and water (just enough to keep anything from sticking and burning) into the skillet.

  6. Turn heat to medium-low.

  7. After the garlic and water are hot, add cucumber and stir for about 5 minutes.

  8. Add ground beef and onion powder and stir until all ingredients are well combined.

  9. Cook for about 5 more minutes.

  10. Serve immediately.
