Apple Ingredients


  • 1 sliced apple
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet stevia


Topping Ingredients


  • 2 Melba toast rounds, crumbled
  • cinnamon
  • ¼ packet stevia




  1. Toss the apple ingredients and arrange on a microwave safe plate.
  2. Sprinkle apples with the topping ingredients.
  3. Heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Fried Chicken






  1. Totally crush breadstick in food processor or put in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
