HCG Expert Tips and Tricks of the HCG Diet
1. Buy all of the meat you are going to use for the whole HCG Diet program (or half if you don’t know how long you are going to participate in the VLCD phase of the HCG diet) and spend about an hour removing all visible fat, measuring out the 100 gram portions, and bagging each serving in a Ziploc bag. Then, store all of the servings in the freezer so that the protein part of your meals will be ready to thaw and to eat quickly. This way you don’t have continually handle the meat and get your hands all juicy. Yuck.
2. Stock up on at least one flavor of stevia in HCG Diet Foods for each category of drink you like. In coffee, for example, English Toffee, Vanilla Crème, Hazelnut, and Chocolate are all really good. For water, Valencia Orange, Berry, Grape, Lemon Drop, Chocolate Raspberry, and Root Beer are some of the favorites. And, in tea; Lemon Drop, Cinnamon, and Clear stevia really spruce things up! Get at least a few flavors to mix things up because variety is the spice of life and boredom is a big enemy on this diet. Using different flavors in your drinks will help make this diet doable and fun!
3. Don’t use any Chapstick or lip gloss while on the HCG diet. It will slow you down.
4. If you are dying of dry skin, try using mineral oil or baby oil available in HCG Diet Personal Care . We have had past customers report relative success with putting some baby oil or mineral oil in gloves and sleeping in them for a night.
5. Just keep telling yourself : This is only for about a month. I can do ANYTHING for a month!
6. Really try to stay busy. It’s not that our bodies are physically hungry on the HCG diet, but our minds are. Keep your mind busy so that it doesn’t have time to think about the fact that it is physically eating so little.
7. Make sure you check ALL the ingredients of everything you are putting into and on your body. So many things can slow weight loss, stall you, or even make you gain. BE AWARE and avoid anything with sugars, fats, or oils.
