An Introduction to Jill's HCG Diet Journal...
My name is Jill and I am a personal assistant to DIY HCG's fearless leader, Tiffany Prinster. I started working at DIY HCG at the end of September 2010. Before then I had never heard of HCG or the HCG Diet, or Dr. Simeons. Boy was I missing out!
I am so excited to be starting Dr. Simeons' revolutionary HCG Diet plan! Except for the couple of months leading up to my wedding last July, I have felt slightly uncomfortable in my clothing for the last few years, like if I could just lose a few pounds, everything would just fit better. Then, between some over-indulgence during the holidays and a desire to experience the HCG Diet plan firsthand, I've decided that I'm ready to take the plunge into the Wonderful World of the HCG Diet (commonly mistaken as the HGC Diet) and the HCG weight loss!
My HCG goals:
- Re-assess my outlook toward food and my body
- Re-commit to my overall health and well being
- Get to know the ins and outs of this tricky HCG Diet
- Lose 15-20 pounds in one round of HCG
- Attack HCG maintenance like an animal to sustain my end weight indefinitely
