After HCG Diet

Yay! You’re round of HCG is over!

Hopefully, you're eating healthier and living happier! You're most likely now a better example of health and vitality to those around you! It’s time to move into a normal, healthy post HCG Diet lifestyle. Be aware that some people call the 'after' part of the HCG Diet Phase 4.

Tips for After the HCG Diet:

  • First, be sure that you continue to weigh every day to make sure you catch any sneaky weight gain.
  • If you are ever 2.1 pounds over your last HCG date weight, perform a steak day.
  • Don't fall back into unhealthy habits that you broke while on the HCG Diet, such as drinking soda, eating unhealthy foods, etc.
  • Keep drinking water, aim for at least 2 liters of water per day. This helps with maintaining weight loss and overall health.
  • Maintain good habits that you established on the HCG Diet, drinking tea, monitoring servings sizes, etc.
  • Still aim to eat 'real' foods... a good rule to follow is, 'if you can't read the ingredients, don't eat it'.
  • Possibly go to the gym to start toning your muscles.
  • The scale is your friend because it can help you maintain your weight loss and help you identify any 'trigger' foods.
  • Once again, we want to stress the importance of monitoring your weight EVERY DAY and keeping it 'in-check' with steak days when needed.

That's it! If you weight every day and honor the HCG steak day rule, you should be good to go! Just in-case you forgot... Here are the directions for a HCG steak day: Eat nothing all day. Drink plenty of water, coffee, and/or tea (unsweetened). For dinner eat a huge steak (8-14 oz) followed by an apple or a raw tomato. This should put you back down 2-5 lbs and get you back in your HCG “range”.

If you still have more weight to lose and want to do another round of the HCG Diet, you can! However, make sure you have waited the appropriate time frame between rounds of the HCG Diet.
