
Cut raw chicken into ¾ inch cubes.
Add 1 tbsp water to non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat.
When hot, add chicken cubes and garlic and cook until done, about 5 minutes.
In the meantime, slice a couple slices off the cucumber to use as garnish. (optional)
Peel the remaining cucumber.
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise.
Cut each half lengthwise again and remove seeds.
Slice the 4 pieces into ½ inch chunks.
Add cucumber chunks to skillet holding chicken along with ½ cup water and bouillon base.
Simmer for 20 minutes until cucumber chunks are soft.
Remove from skillet to bowl and eat up!
