  • 1 packet Easy Protein Smoothie Base Mix
  • 1 hand-full strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1-2 cups ice (amount depends upon if you used fresh or frozen strawberries)
  • 6 drops Vanilla Crème Stevia or French Vanilla Monk Fruit


  1. Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

This smoothie is very filling and serves as a complete HCG Phase 2 meal including 1 protein, 1 veggie and 1 fruit.
