Waiting for my HCG to Arrive

 

First of all,

 

Congratulations!

 

You have just made a HUGE decision for yourself and for all of those around you.  I bet you have ants in your pants waiting for your HCG to come in so you can start seeing your weight drop on the scale!



Here are some things to do in the mean time:

·      Gather up all that you need.  See the Checklist for Optimum Performance on the HCG Diet (under Buy HCG Products) to make sure you have all the essentials. If you didn’t order them when you got your HCG diet drops, then visit the "Buy HCG Products" tab of DIYHCG.com to make sure you get them in time! 

 


·      Take before pictures of yourself. They don’t have to be in a thong bikini (unless that’s your thing), but should be in somewhat tight fitting clothing to really get the full effect.

 


·      Go out and buy Ziploc bags if you are going to prepackage your meat/protein selections (see tips and shortcuts).

 


·      Write down your intentions or goals for this round of the HCG diet, i.e. write how much weight you want to lose. 

 


·      Print off the little scales in My HCG Tracker or Pocket Guide to the HCG Protocol (or make your own) and put your dream weight in the block where you see your weight. Then, post them up all around your house, office, and wherever you will be during your HCG diet round.

 


·      Plan your gorge days!!  Remember that you must get down as much fatty food as you can on your gorge days without making yourself sick. AND, you should try to hit all the things you think you may crave over the next month.  So, seriously…plan out those two days. Otherwise, you may regret it because you didn’t get one last slice from your favorite pizza place.

 


·      GET YOUR MIND RIGHT and your house as ready as possible. If you live alone, this is easy. However, if you live with others, it may be more of a challenge. Just try to get your kitchen as “clean” and HCG diet ready as possible.  Throw out all the junk food and things that may tempt you, especially your “trigger foods”. There is no reason to have them in your house for the next month.

 


·      Get ready to have some FUN. Any challenge you take on is going to be easier, more enjoyable, and more successful if you look at it like a game—like FUN.  That’s what we are here for. We hope that we can enhance your weight loss and contribute to a positive, fun mindset throughout this whole, wonderful process.
