This part of the HCG Diet has many names, but it is a summary of the 500 Calorie Diet Phase or Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) Phase, and Phase 2 of the HCG Diet. (commonly mistaken as the HGC Diet)

Phase 2 of the HCG diet is also sometimes called the HCG VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) phase of the HCG diet. HCG phase 2 consists of your two HCG gorge days (take HCG + eating as much fatty food as you can possibly get down without making yourself ill) and then your 21-41 days of the VLCD (taking HCG + 500 calorie diet / VLCD diet) phase of the HCG diet. Finally, after stopping your HCG diet drops, you will do your HCG Exit Days (follow the HCG VLCD for 72 hours with no HCG before moving on to the HCG maintenance phase of the HCG diet.

If you are on this Phase 2 of the HCG diet, you are either gorging or on the VLCD (very low calorie phase) part of the HCG diet.
