DIY HCG Shipping Policies

In order to ensure best delivery reliability of your DIY HCG package, we use UPS for domestic mailing. (If you list a PO Box as your address, we will ship your package with the closest comparable Postal Service option because UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you do not want to ship with the Postal Service, please list a physical address as your mailing address.)

UPS: To ensure our orders are ready to ship each day when our UPS driver arrives, we stop processing orders at 3:30 P.M. CST. All orders placed after 3:30 P.M. CST will be processed the following business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday* or Sunday.

When calculating your ship time, keep in mind:

DIY HCG orders placed after 3:30 P.M. Mon-Fri. will not be shipped until the following business day.
Per UPS’s Guidelines, the day your package leaves our facility and enters the UPS system does NOT count as a transit day. So, do not count that day in your day count.
UPS does not deliver on Saturday* or Sunday.

*If you want to request Saturday delivery for an additional fee, please call us at 1-888-389-0626 to find out if your area qualifies for Saturday delivery with UPS.

Domestic Delivery Options with UPS (excludes Alaska and Hawaii):

UPS Next Day: Delivered by the end of the next business day (normally excludes delivery on Saturday and Sunday) after order is shipped.*

Second Day: By the end of the second business day (normally excludes delivery on Saturday and Sunday) after order is shipped.*

*If you are interested in Saturday delivery, please call our customer support center at 888-389-0626 to see if this service is available in your area. (additional fees apply)

Three Day Select: End of the third business day after order is shipped.

Ground: The picture below depicts the estimated arrival time for DIY HCG orders placed with ground shipping. This is customized to give estimates from our location to give you the most accurate idea of when your package will arrive.

Alaska and Hawaii Delivery Options with UPS:

UPS Next Day: Delivered by the end of the next business day (normally excludes delivery on Saturday and Sunday) after order is shipped.

Second Day: By the end of the second business day (normally excludes delivery on Saturday and Sunday) after order is shipped.

Alaska and Hawaii Delivery Options with USPS:

USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days

USPS Express Mail: 1-3 business days

International Delivery Options

We currently do not offer international shipping for the DIY HCG Diet Drops, but we can ship the HCG supplemental products internationally (such as stevia, grissini sticks, books, etc.) If you would like to place an international order for HCG supplemental products please call us at 888-389-0626.
