Shipping Policies

In order to ensure best delivery reliability of your package, we now use UPS for domestic mailing.  (If you list a PO Box as your address, we will ship your package with the closest comparable Postal Service option because UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.  If you do not want to ship with the Postal Service, please list a physical address as your mailing address.)  For shipping outside of the U.S. , we will be using the Postal Service until we have UPS set up for international delivery.  **Please note that while international orders go out the same business day if ordered before 2:00 pm CST M-F, their delivery time can be SIGNIFICANTLY increased due to hold and processing time in customs.  This only happens about 5% of the time, but it is something that we have absolutely no control over.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.**

UPS All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of order being processed, sometimes sooner.  However, keep in mind that UPS only ships Monday through Friday. Therefore, orders placed Monday morning through Friday at 2:00 pm CST are shipped out within 24 hours of order placed.   Additionally, orders placed after 2:00 pm on Fridays through Sunday are then processed and shipped on the following Monday morning.

Domestic Delivery Options:

UPS Next Day: Delivered by the end of the next business day (normally excludes delivery on Saturday and Sunday) after ordering.*

Second Day: By the end of the second business day (normally excludes delivery on Saturday and Sunday) after ordering*

Three Day Select:  End of the fourth business day after ordering (According to UPS, the first day does not count in their 3 transit days)

Ground: The picture below depicts the estimated arrival time for orders placed.  This is customized to give estimates from our location to give you the most accurate idea of when your package will arrive if you choose to ship UPS Ground.
