DIY HCG Shipping Policies

In order to ensure best delivery reliability of your DIY HCG package, we use UPS for domestic mailing addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

When calculating your DIY HCG ship time, keep in mind:

-DIY HCG orders placed after P.M. Mon-Fri 3:30 will not be shipped until the following business day.
-Per UPS’s Guidelines, the day your package leaves our facility and enters the UPS system does NOT count as a transit day.  So, do not count that day in your day count.
-UPS does not deliver on Saturday* or Sunday.

*If you want to request Saturday delivery for an additional fee, please call us at 1-888-389-0626 to find out if your area qualifies for Saturday delivery with UPS.

Domestic Delivery Options with UPS (excludes Alaska and Hawaii):

UPS Next Day Air: Delivered by the end of the next business day (normally excludes delivery on Saturday and Sunday) after order is shipped.*
UPS Second Day Air: By the end of the second business day (normally excludes delivery on Saturday and Sunday) after order is shipped.*
UPS Three Day Select:  End of the third business day after order is shipped.
UPS Ground: The picture below depicts the estimated arrival time for DIY HCG orders placed with ground shipping.  This is customized to give estimates from our location to give you the most accurate idea of when your package will arrive.

Alaska and Hawaii Delivery Options with UPS:

UPS Next Day Air: Delivered by the end of the next business day (normally excludes delivery on Saturday and Sunday) after order is shipped.

International Delivery Options

We currently do not offer international shipping for the DIY HCG Diet Drops, but we can ship the HCG supplemental products internationally (such as HCG stevia, HCG grissini sticks, HCG books, etc.) If you would like to place an international order for HCG supplemental products please call us at 888-389-0626. 

DIY HCG Warm Weather Shipping

Certain items (such as some protein bars and chocolates) shipped during the summer months can melt. The shipping department takes every precaution to make sure that all of our products are shipped in fresh condition, but we cannot guarantee your order will arrive un-melted. If your order contains items such as HCG P3 protein bars or HCG P3 chocolates that have been in the heat for any length of time, simply unpack your box, and without touching or smashing individual bars, place these items in your refrigerator for about an hour. They will re-harden and suffer no loss of nutrition.
