Returns Processing for the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack

If you are returning your DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack (as the other items on our site a non-refundable), please follow these steps.

1. Initiate the Process: Call our customer service line at 1-888-389-0626 or e-mail us at returns@diyhcg.com within 14 days of receiving your DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack (noted on your UPS tracking). We will then give you a Return Authorization Number to put on the outside of your package to send back to us.

2. Send the Package Back to Us: Securely pack ALL contents of the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack and your original sales invoice into a box, put your Return Authorization Number prominently on the outside of the box, and send your package back to us with some sort of tracking attached to the package. We are not responsible if the package is lost or damaged in transit to us. So, use a good, reliable carrier to make the return.

3. We Receive Your Package and Refund You Money: Once your package is delivered to us, we will initiate the refund of your purchase price for your DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack (minus shipping charges). This can take up to 7 business days to fully process.
