If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack, then you may request a Return Authorization Number and return the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack  following the directions below to DIY HCG within 14 days of you receiving the product (verifiable with UPS tracking) for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping charges).  Returns will be issued in like-kind payment and may take up to 1 week to process. DIY HCG will refund the purchase price of the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack (less shipping charges) providing the following conditions are met:

  -The customer properly initiates the return by first calling the DIY HCG customer service team at 1-888-389-0626 or e-mailing us at returns@diyhcg.com to acquire the mandatory Return Authorization Number (RA #) , which will allow us to quickly and efficiently process your return.  Please see the Returns Processing Page under ‘Customer Service’ for more detailed information.  

-The product is returned to DIY HCG at the customer's expense for shipping and handling.  

-A copy of the original retail sales invoice is included with the return.  

-The unused portion of the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack along with all the original contents returned.  

-There are no prior orders of the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack from the corresponding shipping address.

Note: 

1.)  Any products purchased in addition to the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack and any multiples of the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack are NON REFUDABLE per the General DIY HCG Refund Policy. Only one (1) DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack is eligible for the guarantee per address.

2.)  No refund for the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack will be made if the above conditions are not met.

Due to the nature of our products and the fact that we would never re-sell any returned product, DIY HCG does not accept returns and considers all products NON REFUNDABLE with the exception of the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack, which is described in detail under DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack Refund Policy.
