Phase 2 Sample Menu (Spruced Up)


“Spruced Up” Sample Low Calorie Daily Menus (Phase 2)

Requirements besides fresh food from grocery store:

·      2 boxes of grissini breadsticks

·      Probably 3 -4 bottles of Stevia

o     Vanilla Crème (or another coffee-type flavored stevia)

o     Stevia clear

o     Berry Stevia (or some kind of fruity stevia for water, tea, and smoothies)

o     Lemon Drop Stevia (for tea and home-made lemonade)

·      Stevia packets for on-the-go sweetening

·      2 bottles of HCG Approved Vinaigrette Dressing

·      1 bottle of HCG Safe Spice

 

Day 1

Breakfast - Tea or coffee with Vanilla Crème Stevia (mmm taste like a French Vanilla cappuccino)                                                                         

Snack – 1 apple

Lunch -3.5 oz chicken breast, Asparagus, grissini breadstick                                                                                                                                

Dinner – 3.5 oz steak, Spinach, Grissini Breadstick             

Snack – Handful of strawberries

 

Day 2

Breakfast –Frozen Cappuccino (101 HCG Recipes Book) (requires Vanilla Crème, English Toffee, and Clear stevia)                                              

Lunch – 3.5 oz grilled chicken, slaw (cabbage with approved dressing)

Snack – 1 apple

Dinner – 3.5 oz. shrimp. Lettuce with approved dressing, and Melba toast

Snack – 1 orange

 

Day 3

Breakfast - Tea or coffee, 1 tablespoon 2% milk  

Snack – 1 apple

Snack – 2 Melba snacks with1 lemonade (water with Lemon Drop Stevia and opt. juice of one lemon)

Lunch – 3.5 oz. tuna on a bed of lettuce and Melba toast

Dinner—3.5 oz. Shrimp. Lettuce with approved dressing, and Melba toast

Snack – 1 handful of strawberries

 

Day 4

Breakfast –Strawberry smoothie (101 HCG Recipes Book) (requires Stevia clear, Valencia Orange, and Vanilla Crème stevia)                                                           

Lunch – 3.5 oz. of grilled steak on lettuce with approved dressing and 2 Melba rounds

Dinner – 3.5 oz. Spicy Tilapia. Lettuce with approved dressing, orange and 1 Melba toast

 

Day 5

Breakfast –Green tea, ½ grapefruit

Snack – grissini with lemonade (water with Lemon Drop Stevia and opt. juice of one lemon)                               

Lunch – 3.5 oz. grilled chicken, slaw (cabbage with approved dressing), ½ apple

Dinner – 3.5 oz shrimp, lettuce with approved dressing, and 1 Melba toast

Snack – Mock Orange Julius (101 HCG Recipe Book) (requires Valencia Orange and Vanilla Crème stevia)

 

Day 6

Breakfast—Tea or coffee with Vanilla Crème stevia

Lunch – Shrimp-Spinach Salad (101 HCG Recipes Book) (requires HCG approved Vinaigrette)

Dinner – 3.5 oz lean ground beef with 1 Vidalia onion grilled

 

Day 7

Breakfast Iced Raspberry Coffee (101 HCG Recipes Book) (requires Raspberry and Vanilla Crème Stevia), 1 apple

Lunch Tomato Beef Soup (101 HCG Recipes Book) (requires grocery store ingredients & stevia packets)

Dinner—lean steak, handful of strawberries, asparagus
