Grissini sticks are one of the two “carbs” allowed on the HCG Diet. Because they can be nearly impossible to find in stores, we added them to our HCG product list for convenience of our customers.
We offer grissini sticks in 3 different flavors plain, garlic, and multi-grain. Most other flavors of grissini sticks are not allowed on the HCG diet as they may contain high caloric value, non-allowed ingredients, etc.
These HCG approved brand of grissini sticks are imported from Italy, which is where the HCG diet was originate by Dr. Simeons. Other 'american-ized' brands of grissini sticks or similar as usually not allowed on phase 2 of the HCG diet because of the specific recommendation and regulations in the original HCG manuscript. These are the EXACT breadsticks Dr. Simeons’ referred to in his original manuscript for the HCG Diet.
These grissini sticks are light and airy giving you the needed 'crunch' you crave while dieting. The HCG Grissini Breadsticks are allowed in a serving of one (1) breadstick two times per day while on the phase 2 of the HCG diet.
Based on customer suggestions to do so, we recommend 2 boxes of breadsticks per person, per round of the HCG Diet.
HCG Diet Garlic Grissini Breadsticks Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour (wheat), water, extra virgin olive oil, fresh yeast, sea salt, malted cereals flour, garlic powder, gluten, garlic aroma, natural antioxidant: rosemary extract. This product contains wheat. It is made on the same equipment that also makes products containing sesame seeds and milk.

the lite garlic taste I feel helps me. I miss my garlic bread so it's the next best thing I can eat. I would eat these even when not on the phase 2

I got the garlic breadsticks and love them. I love garlic so of course they could be a little stronger in the garlic flavor, but I do get the garlic taste so I am happy with that.
I usually eat one when I just need a little something to tie me over until lunch or dinner. Some days I don't eat any just because I am not hungry and it is SOOOO HARD just to eat one.. though I do!

I love these, especially in the garlic flavor. I adds just the right amount of crispy bread with my salad.

These are a nice addition to the diet. The only complaint is that they don't really taste like they have garlic in them...only slightly more flavorful than the plain ones.

Love that they give you just enough carb taste to satisfy the craving for something crunchy and salty. Could use a little more garlic, but overall they are great. I break them into small pieces and toss in my salad in place of croutons.

I don't taste garlic, but I enjoyed the crispness of the snack! It's a very nice little treat to accompany salads.

This are good but they don't have a hint of garlic that I can taste.
