Fighting Bad HCG Diet Breath

 

              While the HCG diet is an amazing weight loss program, the onions, fish, shrimp, and garlic don’t necessarily lend themselves to the best breath. Here are some protocol-friendly tips to help alleviate and/or mask the sometimes unpleasant breath without the use of mints or gum (which are not allowed on this lovely HCG diet protocol).

 

  • -Drink PLENTY of water!
 
  • -Drink water or tea with Peppermint stevia

  • -Simply place a drop or two of Peppermint stevia  directly on your tongue

  • -Rinse out your mouth with plain Listerine

  • -Brush your teeth throughout the day

  • -Again, drink lots of water!
