The Story of DIY HCG

DIY HCG, Inc. was started by Linda Prinster and Tiffany Prinster in December of 2008. 

 Linda started Pounds and Inches Away in 2007, which is an HCG diet consulting firm, and had hundreds of successful clients.  In September of 2008, Tiffany joined Pounds and Inches Away to work as a consultant. Tiffany was actively involved in the HCG diet forums and noticed the need for homeopathic HCG drops online.  So, Linda and Tiffany decided to launch DIYHCG.com as they already had a significant amount of experience in successfully helping others to complete the HCG diet successfully.                 

It started off as a small, call-to-order site. Then, in February of 2009, DIY HCG moved up to a big, new e-commerce site (the one with the lady holding out her jeans in the top right corner). At that point, Tiffany was pretty much doing everything involved in the business: taking phone orders, fulfilling online orders, packing all the boxes, driving them to the post office each day, updating the website, answering customer e-mails, answering support calls, and EVERYTHING ELSE.

Then, in June of 2009 Kim joined our team to take on projectwork and help to organize the “official” stuff of the business. 

Next in August of 2009, Lyndsey joined our team. She started to do all of the day-to-day activities to take and fulfill orders and support our customers so that Tiffany could move onto the ‘big picture’ vision along with Linda.

Our final addition, Cheryl, was hired in March of 2010. 

Cheryl is an HCG diet consultant and our project specialist working on databases, and long-term goals in the company.
