Shipping Policies
In order to ensure the best delivery reliability of your package, we now use UPS for domestic mailing. (If you list a PO Box as your address, we will ship your package with the closest comparable Postal Service option because UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you do not want to ship with the Postal Service, please list a physical address as your mailing address.) For shipping outside of the U.S., we will be using the Postal Service until we have UPS set up for international delivery. **Please note that while international orders go out the same business day if ordered before 2:00 pm CST M-F, their delivery time can be SIGNIFICANTLY increased due to hold and processing time in customs. This only happens about 5% of the time, but it is something that we have absolutely no control over. Please keep this in mind when ordering.**
UPS All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of order being processed, sometimes sooner. However, keep in mind that UPS only ships Monday through Friday. Therefore, orders placed Monday morning through Friday at 2:00 pm CST are shipped out within 24 hours of order placed. Additionally, orders placed after 2:00 pm on Fridays through Sunday are then processed and shipped on the following Monday morning.

Returns Processing for the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack

2. Send the Package Back to Us: Securely pack ALL contents of the DIY HCG Money-Back Guarantee Pack and your original sales invoice into a box, put your Return Authorization Number prominently on the outside of the box, and send your package back to us with some sort of tracking attached to the package.We are not responsible if the package is lost or damaged in transit to us.
